The merchant accepts payments as a sole proprietor on НПД, which is outside
54-ФЗ: there is no online cash register, YooKassa does not serve receipts for
that regime at all (checked with their support), and each operation is reported
by the merchant to «Мой налог», which issues the чек. So no `receipt` is sent
with a payment or a refund.

This also removes a failure class rather than just code: a malformed receipt
was an API error at payment creation, which broke the purchase outright.

The fiscal code is kept dormant rather than deleted. All of it now sits behind
one switch, `BACKEND_YOOKASSA_VAT_CODE`: unset — the default — builds and sends
nothing; a 54-ФЗ rate code turns «Чеки от ЮKassa» back on unchanged. The return
is foreseeable, which is why the switch exists: НПД carries an annual income
ceiling, and losing the regime puts 54-ФЗ back in force, at which point this is
a deploy-variable edit instead of writing the integration again.

The D36 email anchor still gates a direct purchase. It had two justifications —
a recovery anchor and the receipt address — and only the second is gone; without
an email a paying customer who loses the account loses the chips with it. What
was missing is that the rule was enforced but never communicated: the wallet
showed the packs to a player signed in through VK or Telegram in a browser, and
tapping Buy produced a bare "something went wrong". It now says "add an email in
your profile" in the buy tab instead, linking to the profile; spending
already-earned chips is untouched. The predicate is a pure function so it is
covered by the node-env unit tests rather than needing a browser.

Tests: the receipt-off default is pinned by an integration test asserting a
purchase carries no receipt, and the dormant path by one that switches a VAT
code on and checks the receipt reappears with the right fiscal attributes;
plus unit coverage for the enable predicate and the wallet's email rule.

A note for whoever runs the numbers next: the shared (svelte + i18n) chunk is
now 40 bytes under its 31 KB gzip budget.

Decision D51 revised.

Replace Robokassa with YooKassa as the RUB direct-rail provider. The wallet
model is untouched: one `direct` segment, the same spend wall, the same
per-channel merchant shops (D42) and `shop` on the order (D44).

The two providers are not shaped alike, and that drives the change:

- Opening a purchase is now an outbound API call (`POST /v3/payments`,
single-stage capture, redirect confirmation). The order id is both the
`Idempotence-Key` and `metadata.order_id`, so a retried create cannot mint a
second payment and a notification always resolves to its order.
- YooKassa does NOT sign notifications, so the body is never evidence: it only
names a payment, which is re-read with `GET /v3/payments/{id}`, and only that
answer is acted on. Two guards ride on it — the payment's metadata must name
the order, and its `test` flag must match the shop's, so a test-shop payment
can never credit real chips. The sender address is checked against YooKassa's
published ranges first, which stops a forger turning each fabricated
notification into an outbound call of ours.
- A notification lost for good would leave the money taken and the chips unowed,
silently. The existing pending-order reaper now asks the provider about each
order that reached its expiry age carrying a payment id, and credits the ones
really paid — one request per order over its whole life, not polling.
- `payment.canceled` records a `failed` event, so a declined payment is finally
surfaced to the customer as PAYMENTS.md §9 already specified.
- The admin refund moves the money through `POST /v3/refunds` before recording
anything; a failed call records nothing, so the ledger cannot claim a refund
that did not happen, and the recorded id is the provider's own.
- YooKassa has no cabinet-side generic receipt: «Чеки от ЮKassa» registers one
only if the request carries it, so every payment and refund now sends an
itemized `receipt` to the D36 confirmed email. The VAT rate code is a deploy
variable; the settlement subject and method are constants.

Robokassa is retired, not deleted: the direct rail falls back to it when no
YooKassa shop is configured and no deployment sets its credentials, so reviving
it is a credentials change rather than a code change. Its variables are removed
from compose, .env.example, write-prod-env.sh and the three workflows, and
recorded in backend/internal/robokassa/README.md together with the cabinet
configuration and the revival steps. Ledger rows keep `provider = 'robokassa'`;
that literal is load-bearing for the idempotency index.

No migration and no wire change: `orders.provider_payment_id` already existed,
and the client is rail-agnostic.

Decisions D47-D51 (revising D41) and stage E12 are baked into the docs.

Ilia Denisov eef90a152e feat(payments): per-channel Robokassa shops on the direct rail

Split the single Robokassa direct rail into one merchant shop per channel
(web / android; ios later), chosen by the trusted X-Platform subtype, while
every shop still credits the one `direct` wallet — merchant-account separation
for accounting and receipts, not a new wallet.

- config: a channel-keyed shops registry (web seeds from the legacy vars or
  _WEB_*, android from _ANDROID_*); an empty shop leaves the rail dormant;
  per-shop validation.
- intake: the order picks its shop by subtype (unknown falls back to web); the
per-shop Result callback is verified by that shop's own Password2 at
/pay/robokassa/result/<channel> (the gateway extracts the channel; Caddy's
/pay/* glob already forwards it — no Caddyfile change).
- persistence: an additive `shop` column on the order (migration 00015),
recorded from the payment context, surfaced per entry in the admin report.
- standalone apps sign in by email only, so a direct purchase keeps its email
  anchor.
- docs: PAYMENTS (+ru) topology, deploy env vars + compose mapping, the
decisions log (D41 revised for the ИП / 54-ФЗ move; D42-D44), the plan.

Contour-safe: dormant until shops are configured; the migration is additive
(no wipe); no client wire change. Fiscalization (Receipt/Email) and the gateway
`direct/android` subtype follow when the ИП / RuStore are live.

Ilia Denisov ed53e25e57 feat(backend): per-tier, per-kind active-game limits with a guest funnel

Cap a player's simultaneous unfinished games per kind (vs_ai, random,
friends) with independent guest and durable-account tiers, held in a new
single-row backend.config table (-1 = unlimited) behind an in-memory cache
and editable live in the admin console (/_gm/limits). Each game is tagged
with games.game_kind on creation.

This replaces the earlier flat MaxActiveQuickGames=10 combined cap: the
per-tier/kind config is the single mechanism, enforced at the same handler
gate (ensureUnderGameLimit by kind on lobby/enqueue) plus the durable
friends cap in CreateInvitation. game.Service.AtGameLimit only resolves the
tier and counts; the limit policy stays at the request edge.

Guests are now refused friend requests, friend-code redemption,
befriend-in-game and invitation creation outright (403 guest_forbidden) --
previously only the UI hid these.

Admin: a kind column in both game lists and the config editor.

Defaults: guest 1 vs_ai / 1 random / 0 friends; durable 10 / 10 / 10.

Ilia Denisov 36a5730e52 feat(payments): direct-rail order + intake handlers, config and reaper
Wire the Robokassa direct rail into the backend transport. POST
/api/v1/user/wallet/order (walletGate + a D36 confirmed-email gate for the
direct rail) opens a pending order and returns the signed Robokassa payment
URL. The internal, gateway-only /payments/robokassa/result endpoint verifies
the Result signature, credits the matched order exactly once via Fund (honoured
even if expired), records a succeeded payment event, and answers Robokassa's
"OK<InvId>". Add the Robokassa env config, an account HasConfirmedEmail check
(D36), the payment_events writer, and a periodic pending-order reaper. The
routes register only when a Robokassa merchant login is configured.

Record the execution platform (kind vk|telegram|direct + device subtype
ios|android|web) on each session, captured at creation and carried
gateway->backend as a trusted X-Platform header, so the upcoming
store-compliance gate has an unforgeable execution context.

- backend.sessions gains nullable platform_kind/platform_subtype columns
  (migration 00011, CHECK-constrained, jet regenerated); session.Platform
captures them at mint, resolve returns them, middleware exposes platform(c).
kind is derived from the establish endpoint, never a client field; the
account-merge session mint inherits the caller's platform.
- gateway derives the platform (VK subtype from the signed vk_platform via
vkauth, Telegram/direct best-effort from the client) and injects X-Platform
on every authenticated backend call through the request context.
- ui submits a best-effort device subtype on the telegram/guest/email login
requests (new FBS subtype field); VK is server-derived from the signed params.
- an unattributed session is untrusted (view-only); VK/TG self-heal on the next
  cold-start re-mint, direct/email on re-login.

Signal plumbing only, no user-visible change; X-Platform is inert until the
gate consumes it.

Ilia Denisov ce8b5026c1 feat(payments): add the payments schema, currency domain and money type
CI / changes (pull_request) Successful in 2s
CI / unit (pull_request) Successful in 10s
CI / integration (pull_request) Successful in 20s

CI / conformance (pull_request) Successful in 10s

CI / deploy (pull_request) Successful in 1m45s
Stand up the payments data foundation: a self-contained `payments` Postgres
schema for the in-game currency, wallets, benefits, catalog, orders and the
append-only operations ledger, behind a domain package — nothing wired to real
money yet.

- Migration 00010: the `payments` schema and a NOLOGIN confinement role (ALL on
payments.*, nothing on backend); the ledger with a BEFORE UPDATE/DELETE
append-only trigger and a partial idempotency index; the materialised
  balances/benefits; the catalog (atoms seeded) + products + per-method prices;
the typed single-row config; orders and payment_events. There is no
cross-schema foreign key — account_id is a plain uuid kept consistent in code,
which keeps the domain extractable. Expand-contract and reversible.
- Money is a bigint in the currency's minor units carried by a `Money` value
type (exact, math/big): no float ever touches an amount, and a whole-unit
  currency cannot hold a fraction.
- Extend jetgen to generate the payments schema; construct the service in the
composition root behind a narrow interface with a boot reachability check.
- Tests: integration (role confinement via SET ROLE, the append-only trigger,
CHECK constraints, the idempotency index, and a forward+backward migration),
Money unit tests, and an import-boundary test keeping the payments jet code
  private to the domain.
- Docs: PLAN.md, docs/PAYMENTS.md (+ _ru mirror) updated to the built model.

developer d5fbaa3034 feat(export): server-rendered artifacts behind one signed download URL (#160)

The finished-game export (GCG + a new PNG of the final position) is one
signed, short-lived relative URL (game.export_url; HMAC-SHA256, 10-min
TTL, BACKEND_EXPORT_SIGN_KEY) resolved against the client's own origin
and delivered by the best affordance each platform has (five on-device
review rounds):

- TG Android/desktop: native showPopup chooser -> native downloadFile
  dialog (bridge-only chain, activation-safe).
- TG iOS: app-modal chooser -> OS share sheet with the fetched file
(a popup callback cannot supply the activation the sheet needs).
- VK iOS: VKWebAppDownloadFile for both formats.
- VK Android: the PNG opens in VK's native image viewer, the GCG copies
to the clipboard (the VK Android downloader hangs on any download,
  Content-Length/Range notwithstanding).
- VK desktop iframe / desktop browsers: plain anchor downloads.
- Mobile browsers: the OS share sheet (fetch-then-share).
- Legacy TG (< Bot API 8.0): app modal + GCG clipboard, no image option.

The PNG is rasterized on demand by the new internal `renderer` sidecar
(node:22-slim + skia-canvas + baked Liberation/Noto Color Emoji fonts)
executing the SAME ui/src/lib/gameimage.ts the ui project unit-tests;
the backend rebuilds the render payload from the journal +
engine.AlphabetTable, and the device date locale, IANA time zone and
localized non-play labels ride the signed URL. Nothing is stored — the
artifact re-derives from the immutable journal on each GET. The gateway
forwards /dl/* (caddy @gateway matcher extended) behind the per-IP
public rate limiter and serves bytes via http.ServeContent.

Deploy: renderer service in compose + prod overlay + rolling order +
prod push list; TEST_/PROD_EXPORT_SIGN_KEY secrets; the sidecar smoke
runs in the ui CI job. Docs: ARCHITECTURE, FUNCTIONAL(+_ru), UI_DESIGN,
TESTING, deploy/README, renderer/README.

The project is live in production, so the staged-development scaffolding is removed.

- Delete the staged trackers PLAN.md and PRERELEASE.md.
- Rewrite CLAUDE.md: drop the per-stage workflow; codify the ongoing development
principles (How we work) and the production model (Branching, CI & production):
manual prod-deploy / prod-rollback, semver release tags, Ansible provisioning,
  expand-contract migrations.
- De-stage the living docs (README, ARCHITECTURE, TESTING, deploy/ansible, loadtest,
platform/telegram READMEs) and the docker-compose tuning comments: drop the
Stage N / R1-R7 / pre-release labels, keep every number and rationale, and fix the
now-dangling PLAN.md / PRERELEASE.md references to describe the current state.
- Reword stale 'later stage' Go doc comments for subsystems that have shipped.

Ilia Denisov 041106d623 feat(gateway): temporary IP ban (fail2ban) fed by rejections + honeypot/honeytoken
CI / changes (pull_request) Successful in 3s
CI / unit (pull_request) Successful in 11s

CI / ui (pull_request) Successful in 53s
CI / gate (pull_request) Successful in 0s
CI / deploy (pull_request) Successful in 1m11s
Add a prod-only, in-memory IP ban enforced at the edge, fed by three signals:
sustained rate-limiter rejections (the IP-keyed public/email/admin classes — the
user class stays the backend soft-flag's concern), a honeypot decoy-path hit (the
contour caddy tags decoys with X-Scrabble-Honeypot and routes them to the gateway),
and a honeytoken (a planted bearer, GATEWAY_HONEYTOKEN). A banned IP is refused with
429 by the abuseGuard middleware before any work — covering the Connect edge, the
live stream and the static SPA/landing the per-op limiter never gated.

The ban is off by default: it keys by the real client IP the shared-NAT test contour
does not expose, so a ban there would be self-inflicted; detection still logs in the
contour, only the ban action is gated (GATEWAY_ABUSE_BAN_ENABLED). Rejection bans last
GATEWAY_ABUSE_BAN_DURATION; tripwire/honeytoken hits are near-zero-false-positive and
earn longer fixed bans. Each ban increments gateway_abuse_banned_total{reason}.

Operators see and lift active bans on the admin console's Throttled page; the gateway
syncs its active set to the backend every 30s (POST /api/v1/internal/bans/sync,
backend/internal/banview) and applies the operator unbans the response returns.

PRERELEASE phase AG. Docs baked into ARCHITECTURE / FUNCTIONAL (+ru) / both READMEs.

Turn the gated-off mock banner into a real advertising subsystem (backend +
admin half; the UI rotation lands in PR2).

- internal/ads: campaigns (percent weight + validity window; a perpetual,
undeletable default that fills the remainder up to 100%), 1..N bilingual
messages (en+ru), global display timings; ActiveSet computes the
  window-filtered, default-remainder, GCD-reduced, language-resolved rotation
  feed. Smooth-weighted-round-robin math is unit-tested.
- migration 00006 (+ jetgen): ad_campaigns / ad_messages / ad_settings, seeded
default campaign + house message + default timings.
- eligibility = !paid_account && hint_balance==0 && !no_banner role (new role;
guests qualify). The resolved feed rides the profile.get response (no new RPC,
works for guests, nothing distinct to filter); language by service_language.
- live update: a notify `banner` sub-kind (re-poll signal) published when an
operator grants hints or grants/revokes no_banner, so the client shows/hides
  in place.
- admin console /_gm/banners (+ /_gm/banner-settings): campaign + message CRUD
with reorder, default protection, clamped timings.
- wire: fbs BannerInfo/BannerCampaign on Profile; gateway transcode forwards it.
- docs: ARCHITECTURE §10, FUNCTIONAL (+ _ru), backend README, PRERELEASE tracker
(incl. the deferred app.load aggregator note).

User-facing Feedback screen (Settings -> Info, registered accounts only): a
message (<=1024 runes) plus one optional attachment, an anti-spam gate (one
unreviewed message at a time), and the operator's inline reply with a
Settings/Info badge. Server-rendered admin console section (/_gm/feedback):
unread/read/archived queue with per-user search, detail with read/reply/
archive/delete/delete-all, safe attachment serving (nosniff, images inline via
<img>, others download-only). Introduces account_roles, the first per-account
role table; feedback_banned blocks only feedback submission, granted/revoked
from /users and the delete-with-block action.

Operator-driven hard block, the counterpart to the soft high-rate flag: permanent or until a date, with an optional reason chosen from an editable en+ru picklist (snapshotted onto the block). A block forfeits the player's active games (opponent wins, as a resignation) and cancels their open matchmaking games. A backend gate refuses a blocked account on every /api/v1/user/* route except the block-status probe with 403 account_blocked, which threads through the gateway as the Execute result_code; the UI surfaces it as a terminal blocked screen and stops all push/poll. Temporary blocks self-expire; the operator can unblock at any time (lost games stay lost). Sessions are not revoked, so the blocked client can still reach the exempt block-status endpoint.

Backend: migration 00003 (account_suspensions + suspension_reasons) + jet regen; account suspension store; game.ForfeitAllForAccount; requireNotSuspended gate + block-status endpoint; admin console block/unblock + Reasons CRUD. Wire: fbs BlockStatus + account.block_status gateway op. UI: blocked screen, app state, transport/codec, i18n. Docs: ARCHITECTURE, FUNCTIONAL(+ru), PRERELEASE (AB).

Replace the dictionary hot-reload with an online update flow in the GM console
(/_gm/dictionary): the operator uploads scrabble-dawg-vX.Y.Z.tar.gz, previews the
per-variant words added/removed against the active dictionary, and confirms to
install + activate it. Versions are immutable; in-progress games keep their pinned
version while new games use the new one.

- engine: DiffWords (enumerate both DAWGs, decode only the differences), OpenFinder,
Registry.Finder, DictFiles; OpenWithVersions skips the .staging area.
- dictadmin: hardened release-archive validation + extraction (path-traversal,
symlink, oversize, entry-count rejection) and staging -> install (atomic rename).
- game: active dictionary version persisted in the dictionary_state singleton
(single source of truth, restored on boot), concurrency-safe accessor.
- storage: BACKEND_DICT_DIR is a named volume seeded from the image (nonroot-owned),
so uploaded versions persist across redeploys; the build's DICT_VERSION labels the
seed and equals the resident tag (BACKEND_DICT_VERSION).
- docs: ARCHITECTURE §5, FUNCTIONAL (+ru), backend README, TESTING, PRERELEASE.

Tests: engine + dictadmin unit; integration upload->preview->install->activate->
restart->pin->immutability->CSRF.

Ilia Denisov 8881214213 R6(a): de-stage code, docs, READMEs; split stage6_test
Mechanical, behaviour-preserving removal of Stage N / TODO-N / phase (RN)
references from comments, doc-comments, service READMEs, the current-state docs
(ARCHITECTURE, FUNCTIONAL+_ru, TESTING, UI_DESIGN), config-file comments, and the
.fbs/.proto schema comments. PLAN.md / PRERELEASE.md / CLAUDE.md keep the stage
history.

- Rename the only stage-named identifiers: registerStage8 -> registerSocialOps,
  registerStage11 -> registerLinkOps (gateway transcode).
- Split stage6_test.go: TestEmailLoginFlow -> email_test.go,
  TestGuestAutoMatchLeavesNoStats (+ provisionGuest) -> account_test.go.
- Regenerated proto bindings (push.pb.go, telegram_grpc.pb.go) from the de-staged
.proto comments; FB Go/TS bindings unchanged (flatc strips schema comments).

go build/vet/gofmt clean across modules; integration typecheck and pnpm check green.

Ilia Denisov ab58062565 R3: backend rate-limit observability — ratewatch, auto-flag, admin throttled view
- accounts.flagged_high_rate_at baked into the R1 baseline (no prod data; the
contour schema is wiped after merge); jet regenerated — the regen also picks
up the previously missing game_drafts/game_hidden models.
- account.Store: FlagHighRate (set-once), ClearHighRateFlag, the flag in
GetByID/ListUsers and a ListFlaggedHighRate review queue.
- New internal/ratewatch: ingests the gateway rejection reports, keeps a
bounded in-memory episode window for the console and applies the
  conservative auto-flag (1000 rejected / 10 min, BACKEND_HIGHRATE_FLAG_*).
- POST /api/v1/internal/ratelimit/report (network-trusted, like
  sessions/resolve).
- Admin console: Throttled page (episodes + flagged accounts), a high-rate
badge in the user list, the marker + operator clear action on the user card.
- Tests: ratewatch unit suite, report-route handler test, renderer cases,
integration coverage for the store round-trip and the console flow.

New public ingress and the first network edge. Framework + a vertical slice of
operations end-to-end; remaining ops reuse the same transcode pattern in Stage 7.

Contracts (new module scrabble/pkg):
- push.proto (backend->gateway gRPC server-stream) + scrabble.fbs (FlatBuffers
edge payloads), committed generated Go; buf/flatc Makefiles (dev-time codegen).

Backend:
- REST handlers on the /api/v1 groups: internal session endpoints
(telegram/guest/email login -> mint, resolve, revoke) and the user slice
(profile, submit_play, state, lobby enqueue/poll, chat).
- internal/notify in-process Publisher hub + internal/pushgrpc gRPC server
  (BACKEND_GRPC_ADDR) streaming your_turn/opponent_moved/chat/nudge/match_found;
  emission in game.commit, social, matchmaker.
- migration 00005 accounts.is_guest; guests are durable rows excluded from stats;
  ProvisionGuest; email-as-login (RequestLoginCode/LoginWithCode).

Gateway (new module scrabble/gateway):
- Connect Gateway service over h2c (Execute + Subscribe), FlatBuffers<->JSON
transcode registry, Telegram initData HMAC validator (seam), session cache,
token-bucket rate limiter (3 classes), push fan-out hub, backend REST + push
gRPC client, admin Basic-Auth reverse proxy.

go.work: use ./pkg, ./gateway + replace scrabble/pkg. CI: gateway/**, pkg/**
path filters; unit build/vet/test span all three modules. Docs (PLAN,
ARCHITECTURE, FUNCTIONAL+ru, TESTING, READMEs) updated; gateway/pkg unit tests +
guest/email-login integration tests.

Engine: multi-player drop-out-and-continue with a per-game tile disposition (remove default / return), resigned seats skipped and excluded from the win, leaver rack never revealed; 2-player behaviour unchanged.

New domains (service/store, no HTTP yet): internal/social (friend request/accept graph, per-user blocks, per-game chat with nudge as a message kind, content filter via mvdan.cc/xurls/v2 + leet/separator normaliser + phone heuristic) and internal/lobby (in-memory variant-keyed matchmaking pool, friend-game invitations invite->accept with lazy 7-day expiry). account gains profile editing and the email confirm-code flow (Mailer seam: SMTP or log mailer).

Migration 00003_social.sql + regenerated jet. main wires the new services into the server (accessors for the Stage 6 handlers); robot substitution stays in Stage 5, REST/stream/push in Stage 6/8. Docs (PLAN, ARCHITECTURE, FUNCTIONAL+ru, TESTING, README) updated.

Ilia Denisov eeaad62b10 Stage 1: backend foundation (Postgres, sessions, accounts, OTel)
Tests · Go / test (push) Successful in 11s
Tests · Integration / integration (push) Successful in 8s
- internal/postgres: pgx-over-database/sql pool (otelsql), embedded goose
migrations into schema 'backend', committed go-jet code + cmd/jetgen tool.
- internal/account: durable accounts + unified telegram/email identities
  (UUIDv7 keys), find-or-create provisioning with unique-conflict handling.
- internal/session: opaque 256-bit tokens stored as a SHA-256 hash, revoke-only
(no TTL); write-through cache gating /readyz; store + service.
- internal/telemetry: OTel tracer/meter providers (none/stdout) + request-timing
middleware; internal/config gains Postgres + OTel env loading.
- internal/server: /api/v1 {public,user,internal,admin} skeleton + X-User-ID
middleware; /readyz checks DB ping + cache; main wires
  telemetry -> db+migrate -> warm cache -> server.
- Tests: unit + integration (build tag 'integration', testcontainers
postgres:17) for migrations, accounts, sessions, readyz; new integration.yaml.
- Docs: ARCHITECTURE, TESTING, PLAN refinements, root + backend READMEs.

Session/account REST handlers deferred to Stage 6 (gateway); OTLP + dashboards
to Stage 11.
